• Collaborate with members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions
• Perform systems design, implementation, and maintain infrastructure
• Devise new approaches to resolve difficult engineering problems
• Oversee the installation of new hardware and software
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

• Expert in SharePoint Online, Power Platform power Automate, PowerApps
• Must be well versed in understanding structured analysis and design methodologies for the translation of systems requirements from business needs with a proven track record
• Must be able to evaluate cost factors and risk
• Experienced with Business process management
• Experienced Data analytics 
• Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web based)
• Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration
• Ability to identify and analyze business processes to be automated
• Ability to design the automation process
• Basic coding skills (any languages)
• Must have experience with Testing skills and the test automated processes
• Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online)

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cost Accounting or related scientific or technical discipline and 5+ years’ work experience
• Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (13 years total)

Clearance:

• Ability to obtain Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) clearance

 Location:

• Remote, USA
• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)

Pay Range:

• The pay for this position ranges from $47,240 to $69,500
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
