• Develop or assist in the development of work plans, specifications, task sequencing, and to the extent where tasks may have to be performed concurrently
• Design, implement and manage SQL-based integrations
• Monitor critical applications using application monitoring and dashboarding tools
• Monitor enterprise-wide application performance and create reports based on data analysis gathered from application behavior
• Participate in all major Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis calls and provide expert troubleshooting support, as needed
• Attend daily scrums to report status of assigned tasks and proactively address tasks
• High familiarity and willing to learn new tools (M365, especially Power BI) and self-starter on new projects by collaborating with users and stakeholders on any additional needs
• Prepare reports, documentation and dashboards in SharePoint
• Prepare presentations for client

• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues with a distributed system environment. Proficiency in system architecture and cloud services
• Demonstrate ability to dissect intricate problems, employ critical thinking, and apply systematic approaches to isolate and resolve issues efficiently.
• Enthusiasm for staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to development, troubleshooting and managing scalable applications
• Familiarity with PowerShell, PowerApps, PowerQuery, DAX, SSRS, or Azure DevOps is preferred, but not required
• Must be customer service oriented and client first attitude

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations research, mathematics, computer science, cost accounting or related scientific or technical discipline and 5+ years’ work experience

Clearance: 

• The ability to pass a Tier 1/Low Background Investigation  

Location:

• 100% Remote, USA
• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Time)

Pay Range:

• The pay for this position ranges from $47,240 to $69,500
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
